Our mission is to provide end to end processing/project management for energy efficient mortgages and green loans. An Energy Efficient Mortgage (EEM) is a loan program that recognizes the energy efficiency of a home. When purchasing or refinancing an existing home, the EEM allows the financing of cost effective energy improvements into the loan, without additional income qualifying or down payment.
