EEM Processing provides complete processing and project management services to loan officers, financial institutions, and borrowers for FHA & VA Energy Efficient Mortgages, FHA 203(K) Streamline, The Green Progress Loan, and other Green Energy Loan programs.
We supervise the loan process from documentation through implementation of the energy efficient improvements.
First Inquiry
We start from the initial inquiry from a Loan officer, realtor or borrower, next the HERS Energy Audit is ordered, and then we distribute EEM info to all the interested parties.
Qualifying Improvements - Closing the Loan
With the HERS Audit in hand we work with the borrower to choose cost effective improvements and provide the loan officer with the documents and contractor bids to close the loan.
Project Management – Final Signoffs
After funding we doff our project management hat to coordinate the licensed contractors who do the improvements. We oversee the final inspection, disbursement of funds to the contractors and delivery of final documents.
We process loans in Los Angeles, Ventura, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Santa Barbara counties.
